OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding or spotting in the early pregnancy can be due to threatened or missed abortion, ectopic pregnancy or subchorionic haemorrhage.
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including ultrasound and get appropriate treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
