What Causes A Bruise Above The Tailbone?
Going through rehab for right TKA. Now hip pain on same side. Lunges and balance exercises have seemed to irritate my buttocks region on same side. I do have fluid in my hip region. I have acquired a bruise just to right of tailbone. Wondering what could have caused this bruise. I never anticipated such a display and effects of TKA to other areas. No tailbone pain but some fluid/ irritation. Am I over doing stretching or what?
