What Causes A Bruise In The Left Eye After A Head Injury?
I fell and hit my head two days ago. I did go to the ER no test performed because I did not present with classic nausea or bad headache symptoms. Was kept for a few hours and released. Now have a black eye on the side that I hit my head. Should I be concerned?

It is not uncommon to experience bruising as you describe after a head injury.
Continue to follow your doctor' s advice and do not worry, the bruising will resolve.Ice and vitamin C may be beneficial to pain swelling and healing.
