What Causes A Bruise On The Thigh With A Hard Lump?

I developed a deep bruise on my L thigh (unknown cause, didn't fall or hit it) with a hard lump in it. The bruise is fading, but the lump is still there and my entire leg hurts now. It's been 2 weeks since I noticed the bruise. Could this be a blood clot or hematoma? Anything I can do to speed the healing process?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some organized hematoma. You should go for ultrasound examination of lump and fine needle aspiration cytology.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
