What Causes A Bruise On The Wrist?
Yes. I had a very black bruise come up on my left wrist. I did know how I bruised it, so I ignored it. It is about an inch and a quarter long by a inch wide. It is healing in a weird way. It has turned into a wring with flesh in the middle. However, there is a lump in the middle that is a bit painful. Any suggestions? In all my years, and all my hundred of bruises, I have never had one like this

There is the possibility of organized hematoma beneath the skin from possible previous injury of subcutaneous vessel most likely.
