What Causes A Bubble Inside The Bottom Palate Of The Mouth?

I m looking at the doctors your offering, and I think this may be a scam. I was taken off my husbands insurance as of January, so of course now I have a need for insurance, applied to NJ family care which of course will take forever to be approved. I make just enough money to pay my bills and barely buy enough food to feed my kid and myself. So, my problem started with a bubble that appeared inside my bottom plate inside under my cap, I picked it and swooshed my mouth out with hydrogen peroxide. it then appeared on the outside bottom, I did the same and it went away, I went to hospital and was put on antibiotics, they did nothing. I went to my doctor and he put me on the highest dosage of Amoxicillin 500mgs My whole side of my left bottom jaw, and neck are filled with infection that is as hard as a baseball. I think it may become sepsis soon as it seems to be spreading and I m not sure it s related to my teeth anymore, but more to my bones. What can I do, just lay down and die, cause no dentist will see me, I m white, they seem to allow other ethnic people to receive dental and medical care no charge. What can I do?

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Tooth infection in the lower jaw can spread into facial spaces and can make the area swell up as they are swollen now.

As antibiotics are not helping now, I would suggest you to go to a physician if not dentist, and get the pus in the abscess drained. Once the pus will be drained, antibiotics will be more effective and you will find relief in discomfort and pain.

If you are in too much pain right now. you can take Ketorolac 10 mg or Ibuprofen 400 mg up to three times a day.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
