What Causes A Bump Above A C-section Scar?

I had a baby 8 yrs ago this October. I had a C section and was fine for about three yrs. then in 2012, I had the IUD placed inside of me and soon after, I started feeling intense pain during my period. I kept the IUD in for abt two yrs, all the while trying to understand why this intense cramping is going way longer than what I was told, and then I took it out. I expected to feel better immediately after taking it out but two my surprise, I was still in pain. The 1 bump above my scar got bigger and more noticeable and another bump on the opposite side, formed. The entire lower section of my stomach looks puffed up. Then during one very bad period, I went to the ER and they told me it was scar tissue. Now another year has gone by, I m still in pain and it seems to have gotten worse. Last menstrual and this month s one was extremely painful. It s now sensitive to the touch, my elastic on my underwear now irritates it and I m starting to think it may be something more serious. Can anyone help me please?

hi madam, i suggest you to consult a competent gynecologist and please have your ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done.there are some conditions like endometriosis which have similar symptoms as mentioned above.so,for an accurate diagnosis and good remedy,immediately see your gynecologist.please do not delay anymore.bye.take care.
