What Causes A Bump Along The Incision?

I had a c-section three months ago. It s my second one. After waiting the recomended eight weeks, I began running again. I ve been running for just over a month now but last week my incision started feeling irritated and I have a bump along the incision. The only pants I can comfortably wear are yoga pants. What could this mean?

I really appreciate your concern, some time post surgical wound takes little more time to complete healing and this is nothing to worry if this takes even more time then it needs to be clinically examine for post surgical complications hope this information helps.
