What Causes A Bump At The Back Of The Head After An Injury?

My daughter fell in the shower and has a bump on the back of her head. She seems fine, but is in pain. There is no blood. Her pupils are fine, no memory loss. She had a concussion on the front part of her head 2 years ago. That caused memory issues and went to the ER and had to be cleared. If she doesn t exhibit any other symptoms should she be fine?
