What Causes A Bump Behind The Ear?

I have a small hard bump on the back of my head behind my ear and lately I have been more tired than usual, I feel weaker and I ve had headaches and sharp pains in my head, I ve also been dizzy at times. I saw a doctor this morning and he said I had a swollen lymph node, but now I m having a nosebleed... Should I be worried? And my mind goes straight to cancer...
