Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bump in the lip after eating apples which is mainly due to irritation of mucosa, vitamin deficiency and could be due to underlying diseases that weaken immune system. Need not to worry. They usually go away by their own without any treatment in week or two or by avoiding trigger factor. I would suggest you to apply some antimicrobial ointment and you should start multivitamin supplement containing vitamin B12 and folic acid. You should apply gel containing benzocaine for pain. If condition persist after 2 weeks then consult dentist for proper examination and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
