What Causes A Bump In Vein In Chest?

I have a small bump a vein on my chest under the right breast. It only hurts when I stretch or press on it. I can feel the vein under it, it seems larger and not as smooth as usual. I noticed this 5 days ago. I'm a 29 yo female, no recent injury or surgery to the area.

HI,Dear,Thanks for the query to HCM.1-I have stuied your query in depth.2-IN my opinion, this small bumpy vein under your rt breast is only the coincidental finding, with a fibroadnosis in the rt lower breast--which matches to the non-smooth bumpy finding noted by you.The vein is the engorged vein superficial to the bump and is due to the hormonal changes in the breast tissue and nothing to worry much on its presence.3-Dear ,cause of this lump is cyclical hormonal changes and you need not worry.4-Still it worries I would advise FNAC at the expert hands of Surgeon in your area.5-Hope this would solve yoru query to your satisfaction.6-Wellcome for more queries to me On HCM.Thnks once again for your inquisitive query.Good Day..!!
