What Causes A Bump On Penis With Bleeding?

Hi I recently noticed a bump on my penis and I scratched the top of it off and blood started to come. I am leading to think its a tick but cannot tell. I don t know any symptoms but I m having a stuffy nose, a few head aches. It s just a dot and I went to the beach the following week and it was not there when I left but a day after I came back I noticed it. If it is a tick what are the symptoms and how can I get it removed? Also could this be something else to be concerned about besides a tick bite.

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the bump on penis with bleeding can be related to

- folliculitis following bacterial infection
- blister from fungal lesion
- tick bite with secondary changes

My guidelines at present

- keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid
- local application of ice and polymycin cream
- prescription of antibiotics as penicillin, cephalosporin or others
- certain cases do require anti fungal medicines as fluconazole or others.
