General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it is a sebaceous cyst( kind of harmless selling). Surgical excision is the treatment of choice. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

Nothing much to worry as it can be easily removed under local anesthesia. The cost will be around two thousand in a small hospital. However corporate hospitals may charge more.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
