What Causes A Bump On The Foreskin Of Penis?

Hey i have like a bump on the inside of my foreskin and when i touch it hurts. Or when i pee it stings and like the bumps have a cutt or ssomething. Or when i pull on my foreskin it hurts like i dont know why. But like 1 or 2 week ago i accidentally hurt my penis and made it bleed during sex i dont know if that has to do with anything? Please help me im scared.

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to allergic reactions.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

Take tablet loratidine in case of itching.

You may require complete hemogram and broad spectrum antibiotics in case of penile discharge and fever after detailed medical examination by Dermatologist to rule out any sexually transmitted infection.

Maintain proper hygiene and avoid harsh cosmetic products.
