What Causes A Bump On The Lower Eyelid?

my friend here has just been to the doctors for a small lump on the top eyelid(left side). They put her on Maxitrol 0.1% OP SUS. Starting yesterday on the RIGHT side she started see swelling. then this morning there is bump on the lower lid and it kinda looks like a broken blood vessel about a half a inch below the eye. its tender to the tough, she not running a fever and there is no blurred vision. and she not seeing any in her vision. her eye looks like there a slit miss coloring to her iris. there is also no tearing or excess watering coming from the eye. i look all over the inter net trying to help her. but it not pick eye from what i see but any help would be great. thank you

it can only be diagnosed after local examination. if it is taken as lid then looks like calazion. but now it reported to be in lower lid. soit is pointed towards infection. nothing has been said about pain discharge. so it can be diagnosed after examination by same doctor.
