What Causes A Bump On The Outer Labia After Oral Sex?

Hello. I received oral sex a day ago, & it wasn t until after the encounter that I noticed I had a bump on my outer labia. It s uncomfortable when touched, but not extremely painful. I thought it might ve been from the friction of my jeans, since I d gone without underwear that day. I m concerned because I have hsv2 and I m worried I may have infected my partner that day. I ve had it a few yrs so I know when symptoms begin. At that time I stop all contact for about 2 weeks. But there were no symptoms before this bump appeared. From what I can see, it s just 1, & not clusters, but I m still concerned. What s the likelihood that I just infected someone very dear to me?

With such presentations in my clinic, I would first rule out most common pathology of vagina in first visit of the case as -
Genital wart-it is a virus known as human papillomavirus(HPV),it can also develop in the mouth or throat of a person who has had oral sexual contact with an infected person.you can get two main complications of genital warts like cervical cancer and problem during pregnancy.Investigations which can be carried out is PAP tests,HPV tests for complicated cases only.treatments which can be tried is zyclara cream,condylox cream to dissolve warts and TCA.if conservative management does not cure your condition then go for leser treatments.Now vaccine is also available named asGARDASIL which can prevent this infections.
