What Causes A Bump On The Right Side Of My Buttock?

I have a weird bump on the right side of my buttock close to the anus. it grew just a few days ago. it hurts if i put pressure on it or even when im on the toilet i need to be careful not to touch it. I know i was constipated for a two days or something is that why?

Get this checked by a surgeon as this can be anything from a pile to an impending fistula in ano. The correct diagnosis can be made after a proper rectal examination.
