Hello, I was golfing last weekend and had a pair of tight athletic shorts on all day. I later noticed a bump on the side of my penis (about the area that rests on my testicles). I squeezed it thinking it was a hair follicle (from shaving). It s opened up to a small ulcer. When I squeeze it, some clear substance exits the ulcer along with blood. Im not sure if this is common or how long it should take to heal. I imagine squeezing it doesn t help the process. There is no pain, itching, irritation, etc. The ulcer is about the size of a BB pellet used for air soft guns (best size example I could think of). Do you have some input on what this might be, or if I have reason to be concerned? Thank you!!!
Does it increase in size from the first time you noticed it? There a lot of conditions that would fit the penile lesion you have described and it would help if you could upload an image so I can assess it better.
Most probably what you have is a benign condition like a lipoma or a skin nodule that would not cause any symptoms or problem. But to be very sure and confirm it's nature, an excision biopsy is also possible.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
