What Causes A Burning Or Tingling Sensation On The Shoulder?

Hi, I woke up this morning with a burning/ tingling sensation on the tip of my right shoulder, its more on the skin than the joint but my shoulder is a little stiff to move. I've googled it and i cant find it anywhere, there is just info on the shoulder blade and joint pain.
