What Causes A Burning Pain And A Bubbling Sound In My Ear?

Earlier today I was swimming and held my nose to pop my ears, and when they popped I felt something abnormal in my right ear and I felt a sharp burning pain running down from my ear and into my head. I went underwater to blow later to see if I had bursted my eardrum and could hear a bubbling noise coming from my right ear. Is it likely that I did rupture my eardrum? And if so do I need to go to the doctor or let it heal naturally?

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, discharge culture after ENT consultation.

You may require antibiotics ear drops after ENT consultation.

Continue steam inhalation.
