Hi, From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your lower lumbar vertebrae producing pinched nerve pressure giving rise sciatica pain. Go for x-ray lumbo-sacreal region for osteoartheritis. After report go for treatment accordingly. Take Calcium, vitamin B12 supplements. Ok and take care.
