General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your lower lumbar vertebrae producing pinched nerve pressure giving rise sciatica pain.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacreal region for osteoartheritis.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Take Calcium, vitamin B12 supplements.
Ok and take care.
