Hi Dear ,

Welcome to Health Care Magic Team.

Understanding your concern.

Scratches on your tongue as per your query is because of excessive use of chocolates as that caused allergic reaction and papilae of tongue got inflammed which caused lie lesion or papillitis. This reaction can occur after excessive use of caffeine products as well.

Need not to worry much. I would suggest you to avoid that chocolate for few days and if ever you will have take it in less quantity. Use antimicrobial mouth wash and use anesthetic patches to senstize tongue to preveny it from burning senstivity and pain. Use antibiotic to prevent infection.

Apply dologel on these burnt areas they will give you immediate relief. Maintain hygiene of oral cavity. Donot use tongue cleaner for few days , brush only with supersoft bristle brush as any irritation will exagerrate your symptoms.

Avoid diet rich in spices. Avoid hot food. Use yoghurt in diet. Garlic in smaal quantities very effective. Take bland food for 2-3 days. Your papillae of tongue will come back to normal condition.

If your symptoms keeps on persisting even after 10 days then visit dentist once.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
