What Causes A Catch On The Side And Soreness Under The Breast?
i have been having like a catch in my side and soreness under my breast and down my side and if i reach out it is sore. went to dr said i had coastalchrondritis. gave me pain pills, but it still hurts not as bad, gave me a shot, is that really what it is,

If there is tenderness when you press the sternum (the bone in the center of the chest), then it likely is costochondritis.
Tenderness of the sternum is always present in costochondritis.
Anti inflammatory pain meds are commonly used eg naproxen or ibuprofen or celebrex or arcoxia or ketoprofen
If one of these is not enough then another pain killer from a different family can be used
