What Causes A Child To Cough After Having A Meal?
Hi, my 10 years old son has cough for amonth he has been taken klaricid ,coover, and other antibiotics,but no result, he has no sign of chest problem but only throat problem he mostly cough after taking meal, i think, is there any stomic acidity for the cause of cough,what i take for it now?

Hi,
He seems to be suffering from gastro-esophageal reflux disease. He needs to be clinically evaluated by a doctor to rule out other causes. However, for time being I would suggest stomach acid suppressing drug like Pantoprazole along with Domperidone which needs to be taken on an empty stomach one before breakfast for at least 3-4 weeks.
