What Causes A Clear Jelly Like Vision In The Left Corner Of The Eye?

Hi, I am 35 and I have +2 and +1 number on my left and right eye. Today morning when coming to work I suddenly see a mercury / clear jelly like vision - more on the left corner vision of the left eye. It is +10 Degrees here in Hong Kong but I am sufficiently warm in the office. Then after 10 minutes the vision started to improve now so I dont know if i should go to a doctor or wait for it to happen again. i have a floater on the left eye which I got checkek out 2 years ago and the retina, etc were fine.
