What Causes A Clear Stringy Fluid Out Of The Penis After Unprotected Sex?

i may have had unprotected sex a week or 2 ago i am a male and now i have a clear stringy fluid coming from my peinus it resembles prejaculate but im not erect or sexually arroused is this a std aalso i have the constant urge to pee please help it is so annoying

Thank you for query.it is not clear about the duration quantity,other symptoms.it can be normal pre ejaculate fluid or due to infections or std.So please consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.
