What Causes A Clumpy Vaginal Discharge With No Period?

I have been haveing a thick ,white clumpy discharge at first treated with otc one time treatment for yeast.I noticed after 3 days later thickness got worse no itching or order went to the doctor and she said undermicro scope all she sees is wax from the treatment.I now have a redish tent to the discharge.I recently got off depo shot in oct 2010 and still no period im 34 and have had a one partner the last 6 months that has a vasectomy.What should i do.
