Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

I would keep a possibility of either Herpes Zoster Or Herpes Simplex OR bacterial folliculitis.

Herpes zoster as well as herpes simplex would presents as a cluster of clear fluid filled vesicles which are associated with burning sensation/pain, tingling, tickling OR sharp, shooting and stabbing pain. The lesions are localised to one side of the body and are often distributed in a stripe in case of herpes zoster.

Folliculitis on the other hand is characterised by pus points in contrast to the clear fluid filled vesicles of herpes zoster.

I would therefore advice that you see a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis and appropriate management.

regards
