General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a cold sore.

I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

I also suggest using cold compresses to relieve the symptoms.

Avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
