General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Lump in the breast could be due to fibroadenoma, fibrocystic disease, lipoma, and neoplasm.
I would suggest to consult the experienced surgeon and undergo USG scan, USG guided biopsy and if needed excision biopsy to rule out the cause.

Popped out of left wrist bone could be due to ligament injury, instability of carpal bone. For that consult the orthopaedic surgeon and undergo chest X ray to rule out the cause.

Specific treatment will depend o the cause
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water.
Hope this may help you
