What Causes A Cracking Sound In Left Leg Causing Pain?
Hello,I m in a marching band and at the end of our show we do a split and I forgot to stretch beforehand and as I did the spit I heard a pop/cracking sort of sound from my left leg. I couldn t feel my left thigh for a good minute or so. Now the back of my left thigh is in pain. Should I see a doctor about this, or is this a pain that will go away overnight?Thank you.

You need to rest your thigh and avoid heavy exercises for some days. You can start with light exercises after couple of days.
