I just discovered a dark area--about the size of a pea but not symetrical--on the underside of my tongue near the tip--a bit transluscent at the edges but darker near the center on the same side just a bit further back, there is what looks like an inflamed capillary--slightly swollen red area. Neither hurts...what could this be?
