What Causes A Dark Blood Flow After Removal Of Minera Coil?

3 months ago I had the minera coil removed as I suffered a lot of side- effects. I had one light, normal period and then 3 weeks later, I started bleeding black blood. I am still bleeding the same blood 5 weeks on, its just not stopping. Help please!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your period is likely to return once Minera is removed. Mineraa may also affect heavy periods.
The number of spotting and bleeding days may initially increase but then typically decreases in the months that follow.
Bleeding may also continue to be irregular.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
