What Causes A Dark Patch On The Cheek?

Hello sir/madam I m having a dark patch on my left cheek I went to for a checkup but sometimes got medicines which didn t worked well and sometimes they say to loose weight .it is a patch in oval shape 2inches long Name:Rahul (Indian) Age:18 yrs Weight:135 kg I need a solution for this problem Hope you have.

I have read your query . As far as dark patch on cheek is concerned this can be due melanosis , fordyces granules or oral lesion like Lichenplanus or leukoplakia . For this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for clinical examination and investigation Histological examination if needed . Inmeantime I would suggest you to apply ointment like Triaminoclone acetonide buccal paste and multivitamin by consulting with local doctor .
