What Causes A Dark Spot Below The Eye Lid?

i have a dark spot under my bottom eye lid inside, close to the eye ball. what would it be?? i have had it for a good year i think now, and its not getting bigger i think, its just there, but i always feel something in eye and i dont know what to do, should i leave it alone?

hiii.you are having dark circles below the eyelids.to treat that,take healthy diet.it may be sometimes genetic also.take vit.b12 twice daily for 3 months.use sunscreen lotion once in the morning.apply melaglow cream once in night in dark areas.you can consult with your dermatologist for chemical peeling.thank you.
