What Causes A Dark Vomit After Drinking?

Hi, I was drinking alcohol last night after i'd had a meal and this morning I vomited but it was a dark brown/black colour -however about half an hour before I threw up I'd drank some cola... would this explain the colour or do I have a stomach ulcer? Thanks

hi dear,
dark color vomiting after taking drinking some cola may lead to such vomiting also secondary to alcohol consumption. alcohol excessive leads to stomach ulcer also esophageal ulceration also.
wait to 1 to 2 day as if it is secondary to cola it not appear on next day and even if it appear it may be due to some underlying cause and which should be investigated.
consult physician
Thank you
