What Causes A Deep Cut At The Anus Causing Severe Pain?

I have been to my Dr. and she said I had a small cut at 12 o clock on my anus . she gave me suppositories an dpain medication because of the extreme pain .this has been going on for a while have talked to 3 dr.s each with something different to say nothing seems to be working .oh and im antibiotics too . one minute im fine the next intense pain .losing work and have spent a lot of $ and I think it all boils down to will this heal or should I see a surgen or speacialist?

Hi what you seem to have is a fissure. If it is not improving, you should definitely see a surgeon for proper management--regards
