What Causes A Delay In Periods After Using Ovaa Shield?

hi doctor, i have been trying to conceive from 1 year,my doctor suggested me to take ovaa shield.i used it.my last perios date is 11.today date is 26.till now i did not periods and done my pregnancy test and result shown as negative.iam soo depressed. plz guide me in this
