What Causes A Delayed And Irregular Period With Spotting And Flatulence?

Hi, I have been on the cerazette pill for about three months and had a normal period after a while of not taking it. My next period then came 3 weeks later, which was slightly unusual as I was always around 28. However this time round it has been over three weeks and I have not come on at all. Rather I am getting a transparent discharge and brown coulouring before a periods begins. I am also having a lot of bloating and gas. Is it very possible that after coming off the pill nearly two months ago is effecting my cycle and making it somewhat irregular?
