What Causes A Delayed Menstrual Period After Having An Abortion?

hi there i had an abortion on the 2nd off jan and i bleed for 2 days after, i did have unpertected sex but may partener pulled out at the end but only a little bit off sperm entered me but the problem is i havent bleed since i have done a pregnancy tested and im not pregnant but i feel like i still am plus now i think i have an infection wot should i do cus this is really worrying me, shouldnt have i come on by now and y have i now got an infection please can someone help me
