What Causes A Delayed Menstrual Period And Stomach Cramps?

I m a day late for my period and this past week I ve had gas and stomach pains. I ve also experienced cramps after masturbating (phone sex...) I had sex 2-3 weeks ago but he had used a condom and i dont believe he came at all. Am i just being paranoid?
