What Causes A Delayed Menstrual Period With Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hi Its almost 64 days since i had my last periods. I took the home HCG test and result says its negative. I am taking sysfol tablet past from 30 days. My doctor asked me to take few tests like T3 , T4 & TSH and the results are T3 - 127.52 , T4 - 9.40 & TSH 2.12 And the Haemoglobin is 11.8 g/dl .

Why i have not got my periods.. whats the problem...
