What Causes A Delayed Menstrual Period?

Hello Doctor, my wife (29) had gastapro pills on 16th June and had massive bleeding for about 7 days but after there is no menses (periods) until now. We are worried if that was a false bleed... I mean is the pregnancy still continuing or what? Please help!!
