What Causes A Delayed Menstrual Period?

hi, i am taking primulet n since 9 days but still i did nt get my periods, the doctor gve it to me for 10 days.my periods are late for 46 days.there is a cyst in my left side of overy. plz help me.Am i pregnant? because i m feeling weakness and tiredness.
