What Causes A Delayed Menstrual Period?

gud evening. the first time i took ova mit last month, after 28 days my mentruation appear, in this second time around my ova mit increases to 2 tabs per day and its almost 30 days my menses did not come yet..wat are the reasons why the my menstruation delayed. is there any posibility that i,m pregnant?
