What Causes A Delayed Period, Tiredness, Stomach Pain And Discomfort After Intercourse?

Hi I had myomectomy 10 months before and had inter course on 15th feb'14.. my last period was on 4 th feb .. I took I pill on the same day of my intercourse .. Am not getting my periods and feeling very tired and a sort of pain but not severe and discomfort in my stomach . Pls help me

Hello dear
I understand your concern
It could be due to pregnancy as I pill has some failure rate.
I would suggest to go for blood HCG and or urine pregnancy test to rule out the pregnancy.
In absence of the pregnancy other cause like hormonal imbalance, and thyroid dysfunction should be rule out after consulting the gynecologist.
Take proper bed rest, eat healthy diet and do regular exercise.
