What Causes A Delayed Period With Frequent Urination?

my period is 3 days late . in the past month i have had a yeast infection my last period was super light and shorter, i also had the frequent urination sometimes a tender feeling in the lower stomach but nothing serious . Could this be a UTI , signs of diabites , pregancy ?
