What Causes A Delayed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test?

i havent gotten my period yet and i dont think i am pregnant. we have tried but i have taken like four tests and they all came out negative. i got my period in january but not february and then got it again in march but still havent gotten it yet. should i go see my doctor?
