What Causes A Delayed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I was supposed to get my period on the 25th and its now the 29th, I havent had any signs of me getting my period but i have been getting sharp pains in my stomach and my appetite has increased. Ive taken 2 pregnancy and both have come back negatitve.
